Delivery Information

At Podington Garden Centre we consider delivery as one of the most important aspects when shopping online.  We want the goods you order to arrive in the condition they were sent and on time.  To that end we provide a choice of delivery methods and are continually looking at ways of improving delivery service to you.

Your method of delivery will be confirmed at checkout and with your order confirmation email. If you have ordered items with different delivery methods they may arrive separately as detailed below.

Where items are being sent by Courier details of order tracking will be sent, and some couriers may well SMS (Text) you prior to delivery.

Please note that the delivery terms below relate to products purchased online only. Please contact us on 01933 353656 should you have any queries regarding delivery of purchases made at Podington Garden Centre for local delivery using our own vehicles.

On-Line Delivery Pricing Schedule

Your total delivery charge will be displayed clearly when you view your shopping basket. Certain destinations within the UK are not covered within our standard delivery charges and require a surcharge. These include:

1. The Highlands & Islands of Scotland, postcodes IV, HS, KA27-28, KW, PA20-49, PA60-78, PH17-26, PH30-44, PH49-50, ZE.
2. Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and Isles of Scilly -postcodes BT, IM, TR21-25.

The table below shows our basic delivery charge tariff in mainland UK.

NOTES:

1. Where an order combines products requiring different order methods the largest delivery charge will apply.  Only one delivery charge will be charged.
2. Some products may be marked as special order only. Please check delivery details on the product page for further information. We will keep in email contact to update you on the status of such orders. 
3. Some products will be marked as 'Direct Home Delivery'. In most cases your delivery charge will be included in the items total price. However, please note that full details will be provided on the products page.
4. Some products are marked as 'Collect In Store Only'. If these goods are in your basket then it is expected that the whole order is collected from Podington. If this is not suitable please process separate orders for those to be collected and those to be delivered.

Enquiries from Overseas

For smaller items we may be able to offer deliveries to an overseas address. For enquiries please email us on onlinesales@podington.co.uk, and we will do our best to get back to you with a quotation within 3 working days. Please note that there may also be restrictions on items we can ship due to UK regulations. 

Receipt of Products

Products may be sent out from multiple locations and therefore may arrive separately, but you won't incur additional delivery charges as a result. You will only be charged one delivery charge per order.

Deliveries To Multiple Addresses

If you'd like to have items sent to separate addresses, please complete a separate order for each delivery address. Separate delivery charges will apply to each address.

 We Recycle Our Packaging

Please note that we will despatch orders using recycled packaging wherever possible. We are sure that you will support our initiative to recycle wherever possible. It is possible that boxes are used from other products to protect your goods during transit.
