P4U Terms & Conditions

1. All Podington4You members must be resident in the UK and aged 18 years or over.
2. The Podington4You card is not transferable, and may only be used by the person whose signature is on the card.
3. Podington4You members may be removed from the scheme at any time at the discretion of Podington Nurseries Ltd.
4. Your Podington4You card can only be used at Podington Garden Centre. Your Podington4You card cannot be used as a credit card or guarantee card.
5. To earn points for a transaction your Podington4You card must be presented in person at the tills when you make a purchase.
6. Points will not be given for purchases made at our Gnomes Kitchen or purchases of Gift Vouchers. Other products may also be excluded from the scheme at the discretion of Podington Nurseries Ltd.
7. You must spend at least £1 in a single transaction to qualify for points. Then one point will be awarded for every £1 that is spent. This can be altered at the discretion of Podington Nurseries Ltd.
8. The current redemption value of points is 1 point equals 2p. Podington Nurseries Ltd. reserves the right to vary the rate at any time.
9. Normally Podington4You Vouchers will be mailed with a statement to members who have accumulated at least 100 points by the end of each collecting period. Voucher values will be calculated to the nearest 100 points.
10. Collecting periods may vary. Currently there will be four collecting periods each year.
11. The level of reward given will be based on the total number of points that a member has earned by the end of the last day of the collecting period.
    Any points that a member has earned that fall as a remainder will be "carried over" to the next collecting period.
12. Members who do not reach the minimum number of qualifying points by then end of the collecting period will have their points total "carried over" to the next collecting period.
13. Any member who does not use the card over a period of 12 months will be automatically deemed as inactive and will receive no further mailings. The member account will be reactivated once the card is used again.
14. The Podington4You Vouchers and Coupons are and will remain at all times the property of Podington Nurseries Ltd. and may only be redeemed at Podington Garden Centre.
15. Podington4You Vouchers can be used up until the expiry date shown on the vouchers. Vouchers will be redeemable on qualifying purchases at Podington Garden Centre and will not be exchangeable for cash or gift vouchers unless otherwise stated and no change will be given.
16. Podington4You vouchers are not redeemable in the Gnomes Kitchen.
    Podington Nurseries Ltd reserves the right to alter or amend the condition of operation of the Podington4You scheme, or to terminate the scheme at any time.
