Protects fruit and ornamental trees against Winter Moth Caterpillars, Earwigs and Ants. Pack contains two pre-prepared bands attached to each other, sufficient for 10-12 average sized fruit trees.

Winter moth caterpillars emerge in spring and feed on foliage, flowers and young fruit. The wingless female moths climb trees in October, November and December and again in March to lay their eggs. To save fruit from winter moth caterpillars, apply these bands in early autumn and keep in place until spring.

Ants 'farm' pests like greenfly and scale insects by protecting them from predators while feeding off the sugary sap they excrete.

To trap earwigs, ants & other crawling pests as they climb the trees, re-apply in May to September.
