All Our Hardy Garden Plants Are Guaranteed To Grow 

All our container grown hardy plants are guaranteed to grow in your garden provided that they have received reasonable care.

If a hardy plant dies within two years of purchase it will be replaced by a plant of similar size and quality to the one purchased.

In the unlikely event of a failure please return the plant and proof of purchase if you need to obtain a replacement.

We believe all the hardy garden plants, trees and shrubs we offer for sale to be healthy, true to name and in good condition for planting. Nevertheless, we guarantee the free replacement or credit of any container-grown hardy plant which dies, providing it has received reasonable care and it is presented for examination within two years together with our own label and proof of purchase.

Please ensure to read and follow our basic planting and care instructions below:

• Wherever possible, always ask for assistance to ensure you are purchasing the right plant or plants for where you want them to go.
• Water the plant thoroughly.
• Prepare a hole twice the depth and width of the root ball.
  Add planting compost and a little fertiliser to stimulate and encourage root growth.
• Plant firmly, staking trees and tall shrubs. Set the root ball to the same depth as the pot and never deeper unless instructed by the label to do otherwise.
• Water thoroughly, at least two gallons for large plants or trees. Always provide a gap through mulches to allow direct watering to the root ball.
• Continue to water thoroughly during the summer, or when dry. Ensure you get the water to the bottom of the plant roots. Large specimens benefit from a pipe to direct water direct to the base of the roots - please ask for advice.
• Seek our professional advice in the event of any problems with disease or condition before returning the plant.
• For you to make a claim, please ensure that you return the plant together with your till receipt.
