All applicants must have an amicable attitude, get on well with people and have a keen understanding of how to satisfy customers, whilst working to high standards.

Unless indicated all positions require working weekends and bank holidays on a rota basis with other members in the team. All of our vacancies are provided with a minimum of a 12-week induction training package. Please note also that Podington Garden Centre operates a no smoking policy amongst its staff.
